This 16g steel labret is perfect for nose piercings!

The piece features a 5mm UFO rounded disc with a 1.35mm thickness. It also has internal 0.9mm threading, making it suitable for piercings that are still healing. This labret comes in your choice of length, ranging from 4mm up to 14mm
