Replacement Cone for 14g - 12g Internally Threaded Jewelry

These surgical steel cones can be used as replacement tops on any of our 12g or 14g internally-threaded body jewelry that has an internal 1.2mm thread pattern.

Add one of these cones onto the end of your labret, use one with a dermal anchor, or even attach one to each end of a straight, curve, or circular (horseshoe) barbell.
