14g curved steel barbell with double jewels. 4mm ball on top with a 6mm ball on the bottom.

Multi faceted cubic zirconia is bezel AND glue set, keeping the jewel right in place. Bottom ball is fixed, to avoid over threading and offsets jewels. Jewel always facing forward!
