Saran wrap locks out air, making it impossible for the tattoo to breath. Soaker Pads are a porous bandage encased in a permeable plastic. Plastic keeps tattoo from absorbing bandage fibers.

Use these to cover & protect a new tattoo but allow it to breath and heal. Hold the bandage in place using medical tape.
