These surgical steel spikes can be used as replacement tops on any of our 12g or 14g internally-threaded body jewelry that has an internal 1.2mm thread pattern.

Add one of these spikes onto the end of your labret, use one with a dermal anchor, or even attach one to each end of a straight, curve, or circular (horseshoe) barbell.

Each cone is made of implant-grade surgical stainless steel. The base of each spike measures 3mm across, and the total height of the cone from base to point is 6mm.

The Back Binding Rear Post is one of the areas the clip cord connects to the machine. You can attach the rear post vertically or horizontally to the frame, but you need to make sure the hole is pointing vertical so the clip cord can attach easily.
