Replacement Spike for Internally Threaded Jewelry

These surgical steel spikes can be used as replacement tops on any of our 12g or 14g internally-threaded body jewelry that has an internal 1.2mm thread pattern.

Add one of these spikes onto the end of your labret, use one with a dermal anchor, or even attach one to each end of a straight, curve, or circular (horseshoe) barbell.

Each cone is made of implant-grade surgical stainless steel. The base of each spike measures 3mm across, and the total height of the cone from base to point is 6mm.
